Copper exploration in the Idaho Porphyry Belt and the Abitibi.

Critical Copper Mining Corp. (formerly Clarity Metals Corp.) is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company focused on copper and critical metals. It has two projects: the flagship Bobcat copper-molybdenum porphyry project in Lemhi County, Idaho, in which it holds an 80% interest acquired from BG Copper Corp., and the 100%-owned Fecteau Project in the Urban-Barry gold camp of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, Quebec.

Flagship · Bobcat Project

A dated porphyry system with an untested flank.

The Bobcat Project sits in the Idaho Porphyry Belt, the stock and dike network that runs from the Boise Basin to Butte, Montana, and is the youngest known system in the White Clouds–Cannivan molybdenum belt. The U.S. Geological Survey dated a mineralized porphyry dike at 49.1 Ma.

Two intrusive centres lie on either side of Napoleon Ridge, more than 1.6 km apart. Supergene chalcocite enrichment beneath a leached cap hosts the best intercepts drilled to date, and BHP soil sampling outlined an Ag-Mo-Cu core with a Mn-Pb-Zn halo that is open to the southwest. Copper mineralization on the western flank of Napoleon Ridge remains untested by drilling.

Only nine drill holes have tested the porphyry. The Company acquired its 80% interest from BG Copper Corp. in 2026.

Selected copper intercepts

Cominco American drilled six vertical core holes at Bobcat Gulch between 1977 and 1982. BC-1, on the west side of Napoleon Ridge, returned 100.13 m of 0.365% Cu in chalcocite-enriched quartzite, including 51.05 m of 0.486% Cu. BC-2, about 1.5 km away, returned 44.20 m of 0.270% Cu.

The historic drill results disclosed above are derived from historical documentation prepared by prior operators. The Qualified Person has not independently verified the sampling, analytical or security procedures used, and the Company has not been able to review the original assay certificates or verify the drill hole collar locations, downhole surveys or core recovery. Reported intervals represent drilled core lengths; true widths are not known. The Company considers the historic drill results to be relevant in guiding future exploration but cautions that they should not be relied upon.

Project 2

Fecteau Gold Project, Quebec

Fecteau Project
Fecteau Gold Project · Quebec

At the eastern end of the Urban-Barry gold camp.

The Fecteau Project lies at the eastern end of the Urban-Barry gold camp, 25–30 km east of the Windfall deposit, with the Barry and Gladiator deposits to the southwest and west. The Urban-Barry belt forms part of the wider Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a geological formation spanning the Quebec–Ontario border that has produced over 190 million ounces of gold1 since mining began in 1901.

Gold on the property concentrates near the fold closures of the Lac Fecteau Syncline and along east–west shear zones, alongside distal VMS-style zinc-copper-silver horizons.

Best results, 2022–23 and 2026

The Company has drilled two programs at Fecteau. In 2022–23, FEC-22-05 returned 14.91 g/t Au over 1.0 m at Lac Fecteau-Est, and FEC-22-13 returned 5.98 g/t Au with 0.87% Cu over 0.6 m. In 2026, the best results came from the southern limb of the Lac Fecteau Syncline: 7.44 g/t Au over 1.5 m, including 11.0 g/t Au over 0.85 m, in FEC-26-026.

Downhole lengths; true widths are not known. NSR = no significant result. 2022–23: intervals as tabulated by O’Dowd (2023, Table 7.2), single samples or short groups; not re-composited to 2026 criteria. 2026: composites at a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off, ≤2.0 m internal dilution, 0.5 m minimum, length-weighted. The highest result in any other 2026 hole is 0.23 g/t Au. Copper assays on the sulphide intervals are pending.

Fecteau · 2026 program

Four target areas. 14 holes. Gold results in.

Since the 2022 drill program, the Company has completed a high-resolution airborne triaxial magnetometer survey over the Fecteau property. Lineament interpretation and integration with historic data identified four untested, structurally favourable targets for both gold and base metals.

The 2026 program drilled 14 NQ holes totalling 2,616 m between March and May 2026, testing four areas: the North Central EM conductors, the Fecteau Est syncline hinge, the syncline’s southern limb in the southwest, and the Buteux-Marceau showing. Gold assays are complete; copper assays on the sulphide intervals are pending.
